1 pound trimmed round steak, cut in bite bite pieces 1 Cup Daisy Light Sour Cream 8 Oz cut-up fresh mushroom, sliced 1/2 package Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup Mix 1.5 Cups water 2 Tbl Secret Ingredient 2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Medium Onion, diced 1.5 Tbls Canola Oil
Brown beef, onions and 1/2 cup mushrooms in Canola oil. Stir and cook until all pink is gone. Add Onion Mushroom mix, water and garlic powder, stir well and let simmer for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream, Secret Ingredient and remaining mushrooms. Bring to boil, then turn off heat and let mixture "age: for 20 minutes, stirring once at 10 minute mark.
Serve over rice or noodles - makes 6 1/2 cup servings
