Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .5 cup (remove)
1 - 2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Rosemary
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)
Milk, 2%, .75 cup (remove)
Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 4 slice (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz (remove)
Spray a 2 qt baking dish with Pam, take 2 pieces of the bread, and place into the bottom of pan. Top with 1/2 the Mushroom mixture and 1/3 of the milk mixture.
Top with 2 more pieces of bread spread the remainder of Mushroom mixture, and 1/3 of the milk mixture. Top with remaining 2 slices of bread pour remainder of milk. Smash down the bread so milk is in the bread. Top with Mozzarella. And refrigerate at lest 2 hours (up to 24). Bake in a 325 oven for 30 - 45 minutes till golden on top. Let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
