Grecian Spread

Introduction

Great low fat spread. From Dannon website. Great low fat spread. From Dannon website.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups Dannon Plain Yogurt
    1 cup diced grape tomatos
    1/2 cup minced purple onion
    1/4 cup black olives pitted and chopped
    1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
    (1 teaspoon dry)
    1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    1/4 cup spinach chopped

Directions

Directions: Drain yogurt 25 -35 minutes (using a colander lined with a coffee filter, draining into a bowl, covered with plastic wrap). Add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve as desired.

Yeild: 2 1/2 cups (2 Tbsp. per serving)
