Ingredients

    -4oz POM wonderful blueberry pomagrante juice

    -6oz unsweetened almond breeze (soy milk, fat free milk works too)

    -1 kiwi fruit with fur

    -4-5 strawberries

    -1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)

    -3 cups raw spinach

    -1 tsp lemon or lime juice

    -1 scoop whey protein powder (natural or vanilla flavor)

    -1 tsp vanilla extract

    -stevia (natural sweetener), to taste

    -1 cup ice



Directions

take all ingredients except ice and blend together. add ice in, blend more.

makes 1 serving as a meal or split it in 2 if you want it as a snack.
