Amy's hummus

Introduction

I know there are a lot of hummus recipes on Spark, but this is the way we like it, so I thought I would share. I know there are a lot of hummus recipes on Spark, but this is the way we like it, so I thought I would share.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    15 oz. can garbanzos (reserve liquid)
    3 T. lemon juice
    3 T. tahini
    1 t. pureed garlic
    1/2 t. cumin
    1/2 t. coriander
    1 T. olive oil

Directions

Put garbanzos in food processor. Add lemon juice, tahini, garlic and spices. Add reserved liquid until almost consistency you want. Then drizzle the olive oil in at the end.
