Whole Wheat Pepperoni Pizza

Introduction

Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 pkg. - Yeast, bakers
    2 cups - King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 cup - Water
    1/4 tsp - Lawry's Garlic Salt
    TOPPINGS:
    17 slices - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    200 grams - Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 cup - DeLallo Itallian Style Pizza Sauce

Directions

Mix all crust ingredients together. Knead and let rise 30 minutes. Roll out to make a 12 inch crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes add topping and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Cut pizza into 8 equal slices and serve.
