Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup - King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp - Baking Powder
    .5 tsp - Lawry's Garlic Salt
    1/2 cup - Milk, nonfat
    2 TBS - Light Mayonnaise

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Spread into a 12" circle on a pizza pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Add toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until done. Cut into 8 equal slices. (Toppings not included in calorie count.)
