1 pkg French's Skillet Starters, Creamy Chicken & Rice Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 lbs. fresh chicken tenders or fresh chicken cut in 1 inch cubes
2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
2 cups water
1/2 cup 1% milk
2. Stir in seasoning mix, rice, water and milk.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Cover. Reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes until rice is tender.
