spicy veggie hummus wrap

Ingredients

    1 6" flour tortilla

    spicy 3 pepper hummus (or regular if you dont like the spicy)

    3 strips red bell pepper

    3 strips green pepper

    4 thin slices tomato

    1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Directions

chop your veggies and have them ready to put on the tortilla. spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

As soon as you take the tortilla out of the microwave, put your veggies on and let the cheese congeal around them. let cool for 30 seconds, wrap up and enjoy!
