Introduction

I had some taco salad at a potluck and loved it. I decided to try to make it on my own. This is what I came up with. I had some taco salad at a potluck and loved it. I decided to try to make it on my own. This is what I came up with.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 cup crushed nacho cheese doritos
    lemon juice
    shredded lettuce

Directions

Brown hamburger meat, drain, add can of refried beans and taco seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes or until blended. Remove from heat. squeeze lemon juice on doritos and add to meat mixture. Mix in shredded lettuce.
