Introduction

Ingredients

    Ginger
    Cinnamon
    Brown Sugar
    Ground Clove
    Pork Loin Chops
    Water

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

Combine all (not pork) ingredients. I use my magic Bullet and it seems to incorporate the ingredients better. Sauce will be thick. Place pork in 10X10 pan and pour sauce over pork, flip and make sure all sides are well covered. Let marinate if desired. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
