Jenn's Couscous salad

Ingredients

    Dry couscous (1 cup)
    1 cup of boiling water
    1/4 cup of Ken's Steak House, Lite Northern Italian with Basil and Romano Salad Dressing
    11 plum tomatoes (diced up)
    1/4 of a cucumber (diced up)

Directions

leave cousous in hot water for 20 minutes (stirring every few minutes).
Add tomatoes, cucumbers, and dressing. Stir.
Place in fride for 2 hours or overnight.

Salt and pepper to taste.
