IntroductionMy alterations to someone's "Jello Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert" recipe. My alterations to someone's "Jello Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert" recipe.
8 "Tart" size graham cracker crusts
1 Sugar free instant chocolate pudding
Milk (usually 2 cups) I used 2% for this recipe
1 cup thawed Fat Free Cool Whip
3 T Peanut Butter (I used Skippy Natural)
3 T Milk (I used 2%)
Spoon the peanut butter into bowl. Add the milk and whisk together till the peanut butter is well incorporated.
Add the cool whip and mix together.
Spoon chocolate pudding into 8 tart size pie shells evenly. (Almost 1/4 cup per shell)
Spoon the cool whip topping on top.
Chill at least 30 minutes but longer would be better.
***can sprinkle crumbled reese's on top but that will adjust the nutrition facts.
