Ingredients

    4 large potatoes
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickle
    6 hard boiled egg whites
    1 cup fat free mayo or salad dressing
    1/4 cup honey mustard
    1/4 yellow mustard
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbs. dried parsley

Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into chunks, cook until tender and drain well. Pour into large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
