6 large shrimp
3 hard boiled eggs
3TBL Ranch dressing (can use light if you want)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light
One green onion sliced thin
1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped
pinch of dried dill
1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Makes 4 servings
Separate yolks from the boiled eggs and combine with the Miracle Whip and salad dressing in a glass bowl. Chop the egg whites and shrimp and add to the bowl. Add in onion, cucumber and spices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill for several hours.
