Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Salt, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Egg Noodles, enriched, 10 oz
Sour Cream Fat Free, 1 cup
Pan Method: Cook salt and peppered Chicken Breast in pan (may need to add olive oil so it doesn't stick, this is not calculated in the calories). Mix soup, 1 can of water, sour cream and spinach together. Pour soup mixture over chicken when it is fully cooked. Cook egg noodles as instructed on the package and add to the pan. Serve-makes 6 servings.
