Ingredients

    500g mince beef (ground beef)
    1 small onion (diced)
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Shape into patties or use a burger press to make burgers.

Grill for 8-10 minutes turning frequently so that they don't stick and crumble.

Serve with salad and chips (fries) - not included in serving nutrition so needs to be added if tracking calories.

You could also add cheese and other toppings but remember to take the additional calories into account.
