2 lbs of ground meat (I use ground turkey) 1 small onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 8 slices american cheese 2 lb bag of tater tots
Brown meat with onion and bell pepper. Drain. Mix in both cans of soup, and spread into a 13x9 baking dish. Top with cheese then tater tots. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, or until tater tots are crunchy and golden.
