Grilled Raspberry Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients

    20 Large Shrimp
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    2 Tblsp Rasberry Pepper Jelly/Jam
    4 bamboo skewers (soaked)

Directions

Thaw shrimp in cold water- place 5 shrimp on each skewer. Wisk together all other ingredients and brush over shrimp, let sit for 20-30 minutes. Place on hot grill for aprox 2 min on each side.
Serves 2.
