Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

    1 C. chopped onion
    1 tbsp. margarine
    1 can (28oz) tomatoes with liquid cut up
    1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces drained
    2 tsp dried oregano
    1 pd lean ground beef
    12 oz. spaghetti cooked and drained
    2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 can low fat or fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. low fat shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

In large skillet, saute onion in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes,mushrooms, & oregano. Add ground beef, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Top with half of meat sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese. repeat layesrs. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
