Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup nuts (cashews, walnuts, pistachios, etc)
    1.5 cups chopped dates
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    3 boxes raisins (orig. recipe called for 1 1/2 cups)
    1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

put all ingredients into food processor, pulse til a paste is formed, but not too much that it gets pulverized. Press into 9 x 9 baking pan, refrigerate til firm. Cut into 2" squares.
