Introduction

A healthier way to eat Macaroni and Cheese - with added veggies you can hardly tell are there! A healthier way to eat Macaroni and Cheese - with added veggies you can hardly tell are there!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Cauliflower Puree
    Kraft Organic Mac and Cheese
    3 Tbsp. Skim Milk

Directions

Boil macaroni according to directions, and then drain.

In saucepan heat 1/4 cup (or less to taste) of cauliflower puree (boiiled cauliflower pureed in blender) and 3 Tbsp of skim milk with the packet of cheese sauce mix.

Add macaroni, mix well, serve.

Makes 2.5 servings (1 cup each).
