Ingredients

Olive Oil - 1 tbsps and 2 1/2 tsps
Lean Beef Chuck - 1 1/2 # - cut 1 inch cubes
Onion - 2/3 cup and 2 tsps
Garlic - 3/4 clove - minced
Ketchup - 1/2 cup and 2 tsps
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tbsps and 1-1/4 tsps
Brown Sugar - 2 1/4 tsps
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Mustard POWDER - 1/4 tsp
Paprika - 1 1/2 tsps
Water - 1 cup and 1 tbsp
Cornstarch - 1/8 cup
Water - 2 tbsps and 2 1/2 tsps
Directions
Makes - 5 servings
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add meat, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
2. Stir in ketcup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
3. Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir into meat. Heat to boiling, stiring constantly. Serve Hot
