Broccoli Carrot Stirfry

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2 spear (about 5" long) into florets
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium in slices
    Onions, raw, 1 small in slices
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp

Directions

Add oil to pan. Heat on high for a few minutes.
Add onion and garlic. Don't burn garlic. Wait 2 minutes
Add carrots. Wait a minute.
Add broccoli.
Add soy sauce.
Cook until carrots are tender, 5-8 minutes.

Serves 2. Enjoy!!
