Salmon Patties

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cans Pink Salmon - mashed
    1/2 c Progresso Plain Bread Crumbs
    4 egg whites
    1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1 tsp Seasoned Salt for Salmon (like Chef Paul Prudhomme's)

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and form into 12 patties using 1/4 cup measuring cup for portions. Spray skillet with Pam olive oil spray and then pan fry them on each side till browned and set.
