Fresh Fruit salad

Ingredients

    * Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    * Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb
    * Blueberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    *Grapefruit, fresh, pink and red, California and Arizona, 1 fruit (3-3/4" dia)
    * Nectarines, 1 fruit (2-1/2" dia)
    * canteloupe 0.25 medium

Directions

Chop all fruits and mix in a bowl; makes 3-4 quarts depending on size of fruits

**Note: adding the grapefruit first and mixing often will keep other fruit from turning brown
