Chunk Light Tuna in water, 4 oz
Organic Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, 12 oz box
Fat Free Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
Walla Walla Sweet Onion, .5 large
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
While pasta is cooling, chop onion and celery fine. Drain tuna can. Remove pasta from refrigerator after about 15 minutes and mix in the chopped onion, celery, tuna, mayonnaise, and pickle relish.
Keep cool in refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve. Serve with grapes and watermelon on the side for a refreshing summer meal.
