Ingredients

    1/2 C Ketchup
    2T brown sugar

    2 C TVP(1 1/2c boiling water)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 C dry oatmeal
    1C Spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix sugar and ketchup together, reserve ketchup to put on top of laves. Reconstitute TVP with water and allow to sit 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. SHape into 6 loaves and place in a 13x9 pan srayed with cooking spray. Top each loaf with ketchip and bake for 1 hour
