My Chicken Salad

Introduction

I modified a recipe I found on allrecipes.com and plan to try this with light and fat-free products to get the fat grams to a more acceptable level. I modified a recipe I found on allrecipes.com and plan to try this with light and fat-free products to get the fat grams to a more acceptable level.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (10-ounce) can chicken breast, drained and flaked
    15 red flame seedless grapes, cut into halves
    1 T. prepared yellow mustard
    3T. Miracle Whip
    2 t. sweet relish

Directions

Combine together all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Chill before serving. This is great on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich with toasted bread. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Makes 4 1/2-cup servings for four sandwiches.
