WW Core Plan Pumpkin Pancakes

Introduction

I love this recipe! It really hits the spot on a cold winter day and smells great while cooking! I love this recipe! It really hits the spot on a cold winter day and smells great while cooking!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cup quick cooking oats
    1 C hot wheat cereal, dry (like Malto-Meal)
    3 T brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 C nonfat milk
    1 C pumpkin
    1/4 C eggbeaters
    2 T applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Combine wet/dry ingredients. Heat griddle. Pour 1/4 C of batter at a time to make cakes. Makes 12 servings.

*These do take a bit longer to cook. It takes me 30 minutes from start of cooking to make my way through all the batter and finish up 12 cakes doing 4 at a time.

I like to make these ahead of time and refrigerate. Easy to pull out and microwave for a few seconds for a quick breakfast.
