Monster Cookies (with no flour)

Submitted by: TABPIER

Introduction

This is a recipe I found that made 300 cookies- way too many to have on hand in my house... so I've modified it to make about 90 large cookies. This recipe is so yummy and no flour! Ingredients

    6 eggs
    2-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
    2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
    2-1/4 cups peanut butter
9 cups rolled oats (I have used instant and old fashioned, as well as 1/2 and 1/2 with good results)
    4 t. baking soda
    1 T. corn syrup
    1 T. vanilla
6 oz semi- sweet chocolate chips (about 1 C.)
8 oz candy coated chocolate pieces (M&M or kissables work well)

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In a very large bowl, cream eggs, sugars, butter and peanut butter; mix in soda, corn syrup and vanilla. Then add oats, a cup at a time. Use your hands when the mixture gets too stiff. Mix in chocolate chips and candies. Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan. Makes about 90 good size cookies.
