Ingredients

    Celery - 1 stalk
    carrot - 1
    green beans - 4
    brussel sprouts - 4
    onion - 1 small
    broccoli - 1 stalk
    cabbage - 1 large leaf
    Green/Bell Pepper - one small half
    Fresh Ginger - 1 small slice
    cilantro - 1 tbsp
    fresh mint - 1 tbsp
    salt - 1 tsp
    black pepper - 1 tbsp
    bay leaf - 1 medium sized
    water - 5 cups

Directions

Chop all vegetables. Place everything in a large soup pot, add water and simmer for 45 minutes.
