IntroductionPerfect low calorie, sweet, cold snack for hot summer days. Perfect low calorie, sweet, cold snack for hot summer days.
20 oz. Low fat or Fat Free plain yogurt
15-20 oz. Orange Juice
3 tbs. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (o to perfered).
2. Taste and add prefered amount of extra sweetener.
3. Pour into popsicle shape container.
4. Place in freezer for 3 hours (or until fully frozen).
