Ingredients

1 pkg Taco Seasoning
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 can Black Beans (8 oz)
1 cup corn
1 cup Salsa
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
Directions
Drain & rinse black beans and corn & place in casserole dish
Put chicken and taco seasoning in Ziploc bag, shake to coat well
Place chicken over beans & corn
Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes
Top with salsa & mexican cheese and cook for 5 minutes longer
Garnish with sour
