Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    chicken tenders, boneless, skinless 1 lb.
    small onion
    celery stalk
    baby carrots 10 or so
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut small
    basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
    canned or frozen peas
    ramen noodles, 1 package
    bisquick, 1-2 cups
    skim milk 1-2 cups

Directions

Cut chicken into cubes. Add all ingredients to crock pot except bisquick and milk. Cook on high for 2 hours and low for 5 hours. Mix bisquick with milk. Turn crock pot back on high. Add bisquick mixture by spoonfuls and cook uncovered for last hour.
