Introduction

Ingredients

    4 oz. cream cheese (organic preferred; 1/2 block)
    8 oz. brown (crimini or baby portabella) mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
    fresh dill weed; 5 large, whole sprigs; err on the generous side and add to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste

Directions

Chop mushrooms and dill coarsely. Cut cream cheese into 1" pieces. Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse gently to a slightly chunky consistency.
