Blueberry Peach Crisp

Introduction

I'm trying my best to change my recipes up so that my husband doesn't have to worry about his sodium intake (at home at least) I'm trying my best to change my recipes up so that my husband doesn't have to worry about his sodium intake (at home at least)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    1 cup fresh peaches, cut into pieces
    1 single serve container Motts Healthy Harvest blueberry delight applesauce
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/8 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup quaker old fashioned oats
    2 pkt splenda
    1 tsp land o lakes light butter w/canola oil

Directions

slice peaches and mix peaches and blueberries
fold in applesauce
mix in 1 pkt. splenda, ginger, nutmeg and half of pumpkin pie spice
pour into corning grab it bowl or corning or pyrex bowl of approx the same size or a little larger
mix oats, 2nd pkt of splenda, rest of spice and light butter and pour over peaches
bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes
makes 2 large servings (I'd go for 3 if there are more of you, but 2 isn't really bad at all)
