Introduction

This is an Italian recipe that does best with marinara over top and sprinkled with parmesean cheese This is an Italian recipe that does best with marinara over top and sprinkled with parmesean cheese
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. yellow polenta, coarsely ground
    2 qts. water
    1/4 oz. salt

Directions

Add salt to the water and boil. Gradually add the cornmeal (polenta) stirring constantly. Pour into a bread pan to set up. Once it is set, place it on a plate and cover with marinara, meatballs & sausage, mushroom sauce or whatever creation you can think of. A filling meal!
