IntroductionGood Vegitarian Bean Soup with Fennel Good Vegitarian Bean Soup with Fennel
2 Cans Vegetable Broth
1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic-mashed
2 cups Fresh Fennel-chopped
15 Oz. Can White Beans (undrained)
10 oz. Frozen Spinach
14 oz. can Chopped Tomatoes
Add the Spinach, Tomatoes and Beans. Turn to High and cook 1 additional hour.
Good with parmesean cheese sprinkled on top when served.
