Introduction

I started making fajitas like this several years ago because I despise bell peppers. This has been a yummy alternative. I started making fajitas like this several years ago because I despise bell peppers. This has been a yummy alternative.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    2 medium yellow squash
    2 medium zucchini squash
    1 medium onion
    2 T fajita seasoning
    8 La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas

Directions

Brown chicken on each side. Remove and slice into strips. Meanwhile, fry sliced squash and onions. Add chicken and fajita seasoning, cook until chicken is completely done. Serve in tortillas. 10 fajitas. nutrition per fajita.
