Marinated and Grilled Portabella/Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

    Portabella Mushrooms
    Light Italian Salad Dressing
    Cooking spray, such as Pam

Directions

Note: amounts above are for one mushroom. Exact measuring is not necessary.

Break off stems from mushrooms. Place mushrooms in a zip-lock bag or shallow dish. Pour in or brush on salad dressing so that the mushrooms are covered. Let marinate for about an hour. Grill either on the grill or just in a pan until cooked, but firm. Enjoy on its own with a side salad or steamed veggies, or over angel hair pasta with some tomatoes. A very versatile dish!

    I made this tonight it was great. I ate in on the Arnold Thin multigrain toasted roll. I melted 1 Weight Watchers string cheese on it which added 50 Calories. - 2/4/10
