Granny's Grilled Burgers

Introduction

I like burgers, but the ones at fast food places are too full of sodium. I like mine cooked on the grill - it just tastes better. I like burgers, but the ones at fast food places are too full of sodium. I like mine cooked on the grill - it just tastes better.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb ground lean beef
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Form patties of about 4 in. Place on hot grill. Cook on first side until brown and grill marks are formed, about 3 or 4 minutes. Flip over and repeat until desired doneness is reached.
Salt and pepper to taste.
