Ingredients

    Pork Roast
    1 1/2 T Worchestershire sauce
    1 1/2 C Ketchup
    2 1/4 T lemon juice
    2 1/2 T vinegar
    3/4 T mustard
    1/2 C Splenda
    3/4 C water
    1 T liquid smoke

Directions

Pressure cook pork until fork tender ~90 minutes
Combine remining ingredients
Pull pork into shreads
Pour sauce over and heat.
