Curry Lamb with Tomatoes

Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped onion
    curry powder
    salt and pepper
    3 oz cubed lamb
    2 tomatoes, cubed
    1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 cup cooked rice (optional) - add 200 calories

Directions

Saute onion. Add curry and seasonings. Place in baking dish. Add cubed lamb to baking dish along with yogurt and seasoning. Mix and bake.
Serve over rice
