1 small banana, chunked up and frozen
1 cup FF milk, cold
2-3 tsps cocoa powder
Splenda or sugar to taste, not much...
You must peel, chunk up and freeze the banana in advance or it won't work.
Put everything in a blender, not a food processor and blend til thick. Great consistency, just like a milk shake! This tastes like it should have a lot more calories than it does!
