Introduction

Just the right mixture of sweet and sour Just the right mixture of sweet and sour
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 3 medium
    White Vinegar, .33 cup
    Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Splenda, 6 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .50 tsp

Directions

Peel and chunck cucumbers. Place in a plastic or glass bowel. Mix remaining ingredients; Pour over cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, atleast 3 hours.
Drain salad; sprinkle with snipped dill weed or parsely if desired. 6 servings
