Introduction

Fast, easy and delicious. The creamy yogurt really pulls together this fruity smoothie. It's one of my favorite breakfasts. Fast, easy and delicious. The creamy yogurt really pulls together this fruity smoothie. It's one of my favorite breakfasts.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    1/2C frozen mixed berries (thawed w/juice)
    1/2C pineapple tidbits w/juice
    1 1/2C frozen blueberries (thawed w/juice)
    1-8oz container of light vanilla yogurt

Directions

Put all the ingridients into a blender. Be sure to use all the juice from the thawed berries. Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 32 oz.
