Morrocan chicken

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chicken
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 onion chopped
    2 TBS canola oil
    1 lb garbanzo beans
    2 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
    sliced olives

Directions

Cut chicken in 1 inch cubes. Mix together flour and spices. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Cook onions in oil for 10 minutes. Add chicken and cook 10 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
