Ingredients

    fructose sugar for diabetics, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Rum, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 2 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Soy Flour, 12 tbsp (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 600 grams (remove)
    Pistachio Nuts, 0.5 oz (47 kernels) (remove)
    Almonds, 30 grams (remove)
    or whatever kind of nuts you want

Directions

1. Put the eggs and suggar in one bowl and work untill a creammy mass is formed (usually work with electric blender up to 10 minutes)
2. Add the rum olive oil and milk and blend again
3. Add the flour spoon by spoon, keeping blending. Keep blending till the mass is homogene.

4. Put the mass into a baking pan covered with baking paper shrinked (after it is baked it takes interesting shapes). Bake for ten minutes in semi-high temperature.

5. Minewhile, peel of the apple and cut into small dices. Also crash the nuts and mix with apples and put in microwave for 5 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, liquate the dark chocolate.

7. Take of the baking pan and put delicately the apple and nuts into the top of the semi hard cake. Bake again until the apples turn a little redish.

8. After its ready, put your fantazy in composing the dark chocolate and put as much as you want of cinammon. it will add to the taste.
