Ingredients

    ground round
    diced tomatoes
    lipton dry onion soup
    diced tomatoes
    sugar twin brown sugar
    yellow mustard
    spices to taste

mil all ingredients execpt mustard
form into loaf
put mustard and sugar twin brown sugar on top
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

    Could we please have amounts of the ingredients for this meat loaf. I don't want to assume that it is one lb. of meat when it might be two. All amounts would be appreciated. Thanks. - 8/10/08

    I don't know how to edit it. It was just over 1 pound of ground round.
    1 packagage lipton onion soup dry mix
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    1 cup of quick oatmeal
    brown sugar substitute to taste
    about 4 tablespoons of yellow mustard on top mixed with brown sugar substitute
    some steak seasoning
